These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 35jl platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the 35jl platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 35jl platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 35jl ("35jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 35jl website located at https://35jl.net, the 35jl mobile application, and all associated gaming services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 35jl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This requirement is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming. 35jl strictly prohibits access by minors and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21.

35jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance.
To access the full features of the 35jl Platform, you must create a registered account. You may only hold one (1) active account on the 35jl Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 35jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 35jl support immediately. 35jl reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.
35jl is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of our KYC obligations, we may require you to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.
35jl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your 35jl account balance in real time, subject to payment provider processing times.
35jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. 35jl aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, which may vary by payment method. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
35jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where 35jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the 35jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the Player.
35jl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
All games available on the 35jl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
35jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes across all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 35jl will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, any wager placed for that round will be refunded to the Player's account balance. 35jl's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome shall be final and binding.
Game Integrity: 35jl strictly prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
The 35jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 35jl makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 35jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
35jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of termination for cause, 35jl reserves the right to forfeit any account balance where permitted by law.
You may close your 35jl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 35jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 35jl's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 35jl will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
35jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 35jl will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 35jl Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 above.
